Solta Lingerie – Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction and Company Information

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you use the Solta Lingerie website and when you purchase products from it, including in relation to payment and delivery.

  • By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We recommend you read through them before placing an order with us.
  • We may change these terms and conditions at any time. The version in force at the time you use our website or purchase a product will apply.
  • It is also important to read our Privacy and Cookie Policy, as these apply to your use of the website.
  • Solta Lingerie is a trading style of Toss Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12466454.

  • VAT: Toss Ltd does not currently have a VAT registration number.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

The Contract of Sale: The contract between you and Toss Ltd (trading as Solta Lingerie) comes into effect when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email from us.

  • Legal Ownership: Ownership transfers once full payment is received and the products are dispatched.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Product Availability: All purchases are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.


3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing and Product Information: Prices are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice.

  • We strive for accurate colour representation, but screen variations may occur.
  • If an item is incorrectly priced, we’ll contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, and Klarna.

  • Confirmation: By placing an order, you confirm your payment details are correct and authorised.
  • Security: Please do not email card details. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

Klarna Payments

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Pay in 3
  • Pay in 30 days

Important Regulatory Disclosure: Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

General Terms:

  • Third-Party Agreement: By selecting a Klarna payment method at checkout, you are entering into a direct contract with Klarna. Your relationship with Klarna is governed by their specific terms and conditions, which you will be asked to accept during the checkout process.
  • Data Processing: To offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass certain aspects of your personal information to Klarna, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
  • Returns with Klarna: If you return items paid for via Klarna, your refund will be processed through Klarna. You should continue to make any scheduled payments until the return has been fully processed by us and the balance is updated by Klarna.

4. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Limit: One code per customer; cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Use: Codes are valid only on specified items and within promotional periods.
  • Coupon Code: Must be applied at checkout; cannot be added after purchase.
  • Alteration: Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Free Gift Conditions:

  • The free gift is not eligible for exchange, size swap, or credit.
  • The free gift has no cash value and may not be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for store credit.
  • Only one free gift per customer / per order is permitted.
  • Free gifts are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Shipping and Delivery (UK ONLY)

Delivery Area: We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch and Packaging: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). All deliveries are via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We do not currently offer different packaging options.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • If you choose to return the full-price bra and/or babydoll included in your qualifying order, the free gift must also be returned in its original unworn condition.
  • If the free gift is not returned, Solta Lingerie reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.
  • Exchanges for the purchased items follow our standard returns policy; however, the free gift cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are liable only for foreseeable losses due to our breach or negligence.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the total paid for the order.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business-related losses.
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee all website content is current or error-free.
