Returns & Exchanges

At Solta Lingerie, we are committed to creating the highest quality products we know you'll love. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We want you to be completely satisfied, and making a return is simple—just ensure your item meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in a re-saleable condition:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In the same perfect condition you received it in.
- Have all original tags still attached.
- Hygiene Note: Please ensure all bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. Also, be careful to avoid getting any makeup, deodorant, or lotions on the garment as we cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear, marks, or scent.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Start Your Request: To begin the process, please contact us at love@soltalingerie.com with your order number, product name, colour, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and for what size/colour).
- Packaging Your Return: Securely package your item(s).
- Sending It Back: The cost of the return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend you use a tracked or recorded postal service and retain your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they safely reach our warehouse. Solta Lingerie cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
Processing Your Refund or Exchange
- Timing: Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within one week of us receiving your goods.
- Refunds: If you paid by credit/debit card, your refund will be credited back to that account. Please note, we cannot issue a refund to a third party.
- Original Shipping: The original shipping fees you paid for your order are non-refundable.
If you are requesting an exchange, please note the following:
- Return Shipping: The cost of sending the original item back to Solta Lingerie is the customer's responsibility.
- New Item Shipping Fee: You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the new, exchanged item from our warehouse back to your address. We will contact you once we receive your returned lingerie to confirm exchange details and arrange payment for the new shipping fee (typically the standard shipping rate for your location). You will receive a PayPal payment link with the shipping costs. Once this fee is paid, we will promptly dispatch your replacement item.
Note: If the original item you received was faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, Solta Lingerie will cover the full shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.
