Returns & Exchanges
At Solta Lingerie, we are committed to creating the highest quality products we know you'll love. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We want you to be completely satisfied, and making a return is simple—just ensure your item meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in a re-saleable condition:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In the same perfect condition you received it in.
- Have all original tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, knickers (thongs and briefs) are not eligible for returns unless faulty. Bras and babydolls are eligible for returns if they meet the above criteria.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Start Your Request: To begin the process, please contact us at love@soltalingerie.com with your order number, product name, colour, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and for what size/colour).
- Packaging Your Return: Securely package your item(s).
Processing Your Refund or Exchange
The customer is liable for any damages to the goods or loss while in transit back to us. We recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their account credited. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will process your request.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges regarding size (too small or too big - bra and babydoll only) and faulty returns are covered by Solta Lingerie.
