The band number changes completely between the UK and Europe, and the cup letter changes from DD upwards. A UK 34DD is an EU 75E.

The band number is the same in the UK and the US. Only the cup letter changes, and only from DD upwards. A UK 32C is a US 32C, but a UK 34E is a US 34DDD.

How to Measure
Take your measurements over bare skin or a thin, unpadded bra, with the tape level and firm but not tight.
Under bust. Around your ribcage, directly under your bust. This gives the band.
Bust. Around the fullest part, standing upright. The difference between the two gives the cup.
Waist. The narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hip. Around the fullest part, with your feet together.
If a measurement falls between two sizes, go up rather than down. Lingerie that is slightly loose is comfortable. Lingerie that is slightly tight is not, and it will mark the skin.

A UK 34DD is an EU 75E. The band 34 becomes 75, and the UK DD cup becomes an EU E cup.

Is a UK bra size the same as a US bra size?

How do I convert a UK bra size to EU?

What should I do if I am between two sizes?
Go up. A piece that is slightly loose settles into the body. A piece that is slightly tight marks the skin and will not get more comfortable with wear.
