How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within our next working days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
How are the sales tracked?
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your affiliate coupons. When customers purchase using your coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions.
How do I get paid with your affiliate program?
Our affiliates get paid directly to the payment account of their choice, or with discounts converted from Store Credit.
When do I get paid with your affiliate program?
When you successfully bring in orders, the merchant will review these orders and pay for their commissions on a monthly basis.
Who is this affiliate program for?

What happens if a customer returns their order?
If a customer returns or cancels their order, the associated commission will not be processed. Commissions are only approved for completed purchases that are not refunded, ensuring fairness and accuracy across the programme.
