Shipping & Delivery
General Delivery Information (UK ONLY)
We dispatch all orders from our UK location. We currently offer delivery only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and UK Public/Bank Holidays.
- Tracking: All orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service.
- Order Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to process any cancellations or changes.

Failed Delivery and Undeliverable Shipments
We kindly ask that you ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout and that you keep track of your parcel once dispatched.
- Responsibility for Delivery: Under UK consumer law, Solta Lingerie (Toss Ltd) is responsible for ensuring the goods are successfully delivered to you.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is attempted but fails (e.g., you are not home) and the courier cannot leave it securely or with a neighbour, they will leave a card and/or send a notification asking you to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
- Parcel Returned to Sender: If the courier attempts delivery multiple times or if you fail to collect the parcel from the depot within their specified period, the shipment will be returned to us. If a parcel is returned to Solta Lingerie due to a recipient error (e.g., incorrect address provided or non-collection), we will contact you to arrange a redelivery (which may incur a new shipping fee) or process a refund for the product price only.
