Shipping & Delivery

General Delivery Information (UK ONLY)

We dispatch all orders from our UK location. We currently offer delivery only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and UK Public/Bank Holidays.
  • Tracking: All orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to process any cancellations or changes.

UK Delivery Options

We offer the following UK delivery services:

Failed Delivery and Undeliverable Shipments

We kindly ask that you ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout and that you keep track of your parcel once dispatched.

  • Responsibility for Delivery: Under UK consumer law, Solta Lingerie (Toss Ltd) is responsible for ensuring the goods are successfully delivered to you.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is attempted but fails (e.g., you are not home) and the courier cannot leave it securely or with a neighbour, they will leave a card and/or send a notification asking you to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
  • Parcel Returned to Sender: If the courier attempts delivery multiple times or if you fail to collect the parcel from the depot within their specified period, the shipment will be returned to us. If a parcel is returned to Solta Lingerie due to a recipient error (e.g., incorrect address provided or non-collection), we will contact you to arrange a redelivery (which may incur a new shipping fee) or process a refund for the product price only.
