A. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

1. Where does Solta Lingerie ship to?

Solta Lingerie currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) only.

2. What are your delivery options and costs?

We offer two delivery options via Royal Mail:

  • Standard Delivery (£3.90): Delivered within 2–3 working days.
  • Express Delivery (£6.90): Delivered within 1–2 working days.

Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £60.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your Royal Mail tracking number.

5. What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will apply for resending.

B. Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email our Customer Care team at love@soltalingerie.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll provide full instructions.

3. Are all items eligible for return?

For hygiene reasons, knickers (briefs/thongs) cannot be returned unless faulty. Bras and lingerie sets are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

4. How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive your item, we aim to process the refund within 10 working days. Funds appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

C. Sizing & Fit

1. How do I find my correct Solta bra size?

Refer to our Size Guide for detailed instructions on measuring your band and cup size at home, with an easy conversion chart.

2. What is the difference between an EU and UK bra size?

We use Alpha Sizing (S, M, L, XL) but provide a UK size conversion chart (e.g., 34D, 36E). See our Size Guide for full details.

D. Product & Care

1. How should I wash and care for my delicate Solta lingerie?

We recommend hand washing in cool water using a gentle detergent. If machine washing, use a mesh bag and delicate cycle. Never tumble dry. Read our Lingerie Care Tips for more info.
